Refund Policy

If you bought Premium

Zoomies used to sell a one-time "Premium" upgrade. We withdrew it and made everything free for everyone, which means you paid for something other people now get for nothing. That is on us, not on you.

Write to hello@offline-kids.com and we will refund you in full — no time limit, no form, no questions. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You keep full access either way.

Things bought through gift-list links

Products on a gift list are sold by other retailers, not by us — some of those links earn us a small commission (see our Terms). We cannot refund those purchases, because we never took the payment. Returns and refunds for anything you order go through that retailer under their own policy and your statutory rights against them.
